- Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (“Zaggle”), has entered into an agreement with FCM Travel Solutions (India) Private Limited to offer corporate travel services to Zaggle’s Corporate customers.
- Granules India Limited, announced the completion of the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) inspection at its Gagillapur facility in Hyderabad, Telangana. The inspection, conducted from 26th August to 6th September 2024, concluded with six observations. The recent inspection covered both Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and Pre-Approval Inspection (PAI) processes. The Gagillapur facility is responsible for manufacturing Finished Dosages (FDs) and Pharmaceutical Formulation Intermediates (PFIs).
- Garg Furnace Ltd. to make strategic investment & acquire not less than 51% equity stake in Vaneera Industries Pvt. Ltd.

These MOUs are valid for a period of 12 to 24 months.
