- NIBE Limited updated to exchange that Department of Industries, Energy, Labour and Mining, Government of Maharrashtra has confer the status of “Mega Project” under package Scheme of Incentives Policy, 2019, to its proposed manufacturing facility at MIDC, Shirdi to manufacture aircraft parts such as Vertical Stabilizer, Horizontal Stabilizer, Wings, Jet Engine, Cockpit, Fuselage (Body), Slats, Spoiler, Aileron, Flaps, Elevaor, Rudder etc. at a proposed investment of Rs. 1200 crores.
- Under the Mega Project Status, in addition to various benefits available to the Company as per package 2019’s Scheme of Incentives Policy, 300 acres of land would also be made available to the Company by MIDC, Shirdi for this project- September 17, 2024.

Subsidiary of Nibe Limited (share latest news today) has received Four Purchase Orders from A leading infra & Defence Company of India, for supply, assembling and integration of various electronics equipment, worth of Rs. 50.01 Crores, which is scheduled to be completed in tranches on or before March 31, 2028.
- Nibe Space Private Limited a Subsidiary of Nibe Limited has signed MoU with leading infra & Defence Companies and Startups of India (Larsen & Toubro Limited, Centum Electronics Limited, Space Fields Private Limited, SISIR Radar Private Limited, CYRAN AI Solutions Private Limited, AgniKul Cosmos Private Limited, DV2JS Innovation LLP, Thales Alenia Space, France, Thales India Private Limited) to collaborate as a consortium for supply of equipment, services, skills, systems and support services etc. for its aim to build and operate a Private Earth Observation Constellation & corresponding ground segment to provide constellation on lease basis, offer images and analytics as a service. These MOUs are valid for a period of 12 to 24 months.
